MAHAVEER CERAMIC INDUSTRIES (An ISO 9001:2000 Co.) was established in the year 1982 with its manufacturing plant located in UDAIPUR (city of lakes) and MAKRANA (famous for tajmahal marble) Rajasthan, India. The company is engaged in manufacturing Stoneware pipes & fittings as per IS 651-2008 and grinding, micronising and surface coating of minerals like Talc, Calcite, Dolomite, Calcium Carbonate, Pyrophillite, China Clay,quartz, feldspar and Mica and other ground minerals.

The mineral division of Mahaveer Ceramic Industries contains two ultra modern raymond rollers mills erected each in 2010 and 2011 and Ball Mill Micronizer with Classifier comissioned in 2007 which can produce upto 8 micron (1240 mesh) particle size, pulverizers and coating plant with automatic heaters & mixture for mineral powder coating. Presently we are grinding & processing 5000MT per annum capacity of various minerals right from 100# to 1500# (150micron to 10 micron).

Expansion of the companty begins with a Ball MIll Micronizer with Classifier, coating plant with automatic heaters, 4 roller raymond mill, pulverizer comissioned at MAKRANA (60 kms from Ajmer) in 2009. Our capacity then incerased and our clinentele involved many MNC’S and big coporate giants.

Management

Mahaveer Ceramic Industries is supported by a team of qualified professionals who well guided under the leadership of our leader Mr. J. L. Taya a BITS Pilani engineering graduate (1950) who headed our stoneware pipe & fitting division and Mr. N. C. Jain (MNIT, Jaipur engineering graduate, 1981), who headed our mineral division which was established in 2000 and young graduates Mr.Saurabh Jain (C.A,C.S) Mr. Shashank Jain (B.E.) which makes 3rd generation comes in the business.

We are supported by qualified and efficient research and development team who continuously assist us in the processing of unmatched quality of Stoneware pipes and fitting, Firebricks, Fireclay, Calcite (Natural Carbonate), activated Calcium Carbonate, China Clay, Pyrophilite and Mica. The team regularly enhance the technology used in the processing of minerals so as to offer grade of minerals to our domestic clients.

Mineral Fillers

Minerals, historically have been referred to as fillers and extenders, by definition, fill and extends resins to reduce the cost of the resin. In today’s Market place, function, but not price, is the key selection criterion of a mineral products. Minerals are essential formulating ingredients for the production of polymer composites.

MINERAL CONSISTS OF TWO BROAD CLASSIFICATIONS: commodity minerals and specialty minerals. Generally, commodity minerals are used to reduce the cost of resin, while specialty minerals are used where function of performance is a factor and the pricing is high. Some minerals have inherent specialty. Calcium carbonate, talc, and mica are minerals with aspect rational particle shape which is defined as the ratio of length to width or length to thickness. This particle shape translates into reinforcement and improved mechanical properties in polymer composites.
